Is this right for our company?+
We work with mid-sized businesses, typically with 15–300 million SEK in annual revenue. Your leaders help define goals and KPIs; employees share how they work and test what we build. The first 30-minute call is a conversation with Jules to check fit. Detailed discovery starts within the paid subscription.
How do you decide which agents to build?+
We define outcomes and KPIs with leadership, then work with employees to understand their needs. That creates your roadmap. We start with a small agent, agree its scope and timeline, and use results and team feedback to shape the next step.
Can you work with our existing infrastructure?+
Yes. During discovery, we review your systems, data, available integrations, and IT requirements. Together, we agree what can connect, how it will be deployed, and where access controls and human approvals are needed.
What does “unlimited” mean?+
You can request agents and new features throughout the subscription. We develop one request at a time, in an agreed order, while maintaining deployed agents. Delivery depends on scope; there is no fixed number of agents per month.
Are there extra running costs?+
45,000 SEK per month, excluding VAT, includes hosting, AI tokens, tools, maintenance, and new features during your subscription. There are no separate running charges.
How long does discovery take?+
On average, discovery takes two to three weeks. It can take up to a month, depending on the size of your company and the areas we focus on.
How soon will our first agent be ready?+
A focused agent can be deployed in as little as three days, depending on complexity. We agree the scope and timeline after discovery. Starting small gets something useful into your team’s hands sooner, then we improve it through their feedback.
What does our team need to do?+
Your leaders help set priorities. Employees share how the work happens, try the agent and flag incorrect answers or missing features. We handle the build and technical maintenance.
How do we request changes?+
Use your client portal to submit requests and follow your roadmap. Together, we prioritise the next agent or improvement. One development request is active at a time.
What happens after an agent goes live?+
